About Stephen Davies
Based in the heart of one of Norfolk's most sought after areas, Stephen Davies has provided professional estate agency and surveying services in and around Holt since 1985.
During this time, Stephen has established a reputation for dedication, commitment and integrity. His team have handled property of all values for over 30 years and since 1985 have dedicated all of that knowledge and experience to the relatively exclusive areas surrounding Holt.
Company History
Stephen qualified in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Surveying and became a Professional Associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1981.
In 1983 Stephen moved to North Norfolk and two years later, started in business. Initially, the business traded as a partnership under the name 'Street Davies'. In 1997 Stephen became the sole owner.
Our offices at Shire House, Holt
Since 1986 the Stephen Davies office has been established at Shire House in the centre of Holt - between the Market Place, the High Street and the town’s main car park.
The building features prominent display windows in the heart of the town for passing browsers.
Shire House was built in the early 20th Century on the site of The Black Boys Inn, the cellar of which still remains. It was converted to an office after it’s purchase in 1986 and has now run continuously as an estate agent for over 20 years.
